Michael Austin Industries started our humble beginnings specializing in the machining and weld repair of forklift and construction/heavy equipment components. The industry needed a source for quick accurate machining and repair that could reduce downtime and get their customers up and running. With the realization of that need, we developed an industry specific machine shop that understood the exact requirements needed to complete these repairs successfully and return these components to OEM specifications. MAI has designed many specialized fixtures for accurate part machining for a multitude of the forklift and construction/heavy equipment major manufacturers, forklift dealers and service centers throughout the US.
